This bot acts as a Sisterhood Travel Concierge. It is designed to answer FAQs about the group travel fund, provide policy/agreement reminders, and reduce repetitive questions, allowing members to get the information they need quickly and accurately—without constantly relying on the organizers.

Monthly Contribution
$10 per person
An affordable monthly contribution that adds up to amazing adventures together.
Due by the 15th of each month
Consistent timing helps us plan, track and budget effectively for our trips.
Sent to our shared SoFi account
We use a dedicated SoFi account to keep our travel funds organized and secure. Within the account, we set up sub-accounts (called Vaults) to allocate money for things like lodging, transportation, activities, and emergencies—so every dollar has a purpose and nothing gets mixed up.
Tracked in a transparent contribution sheet
Everyone can view the shared tracker to see where we stand as a group—and also keep tabs on their own contributions month by month. It’s an easy way to stay accountable and celebrate our progress together.
We'll vote on trips and decisions as a group. If someone can't continue, their unused funds will be returned (as long as nothing has been booked).

To keep communication organized and accessible for everyone, we’ll be using a dedicated WhatsApp group for all Sisterhood Travel Fund updates and trip planning. Whats App is absolutely free!
This will allow us to take polls/vote, share documents, post reminders, post events and have easily searchable conversations.
The way this will work is within the main group, we’ll also have smaller subgroups focused on key areas like transportation, lodging, food, flights, excursions, and mini-destinations—so everyone can stay informed and contribute in an organized fashion.
